What you’ll do: • Load and unload parts in the robotic production cell • Stage materials before and after robotic processes • Ensure parts are positioned correctly before processing • Remove finished parts and prepare for next cycle • Monitor material flow to prevent downtime or delays • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety and quality standards • Support overall manufacturing productivity What we’re looking for: • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred • Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
