Production Associate

Production Associate We’re hiring reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. On-the-job training is provided. You’ll assemble, test, and inspect products, operate manufacturing equipment, and help meet daily production and quality goals. Pay & Benefits • $14-$16 per hour • Full-time, 10-12 hour Day and Night Shifts • On-the-job training • Stable employment • Team-oriented work environment Responsibilities • Assemble and test products according to work instructions • Use basic hand tools • Inspect products for quality and accuracy • Enter and maintain basic production information • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Follow all safety and quality procedures • Assist with other production duties as needed Qualifications • High school diploma or GED preferred • Manufacturing, assembly, production experience is a plus, but not required • Basic computer and math skills • Strong attention to detail • Dependable with a strong work ethic • Willingness to learn Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise #nowhiring
