Production Associate

Job Title: Production WorkerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker responsible for loading and unloading the final product from machines and palletizing it. The role includes labeling bags and being flexible to perform various job functions within the facility. Responsibilities • Load and unload final products from machines. • Label and palletize bags efficiently. • Adapt to various job functions within the facility as needed. Essential Skills • Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. • Experience in general labor and use of hand tools. • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in packaging and palletizing. Additional Skills & Qualifications • General production experience. • Willingness to learn different production and warehouse functions. • Must be safety-oriented and open to working flexible hours, including weekends. The production floor can be hot, loud, and dusty, with particles and dust present. The fire retardant has coloring that may stain attire. Required work attire includes steel toe shoes, dark-colored pants and shirts. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, and ear protection are provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
