What You
• BringBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be consid
• ered.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing or production environ
• ment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, materials, tooling, and maintenance workf
• lows.Experience with continuous improvement, project management, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem sol
• ving.Ability to collaborate effectively with production operators, maintenance teams, engineers, contractors, OEMs, and suppl
• iers.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar engineering design tools is prefe
• rred.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environ
• ment.Self-directed, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage changing priori
