We are seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens position in Fargo, North Dakota. This is an in-home health evaluation opportunity covering a multi-county territory across southeastern North Dakota, with a flexible, provider-set schedule. Please see below for more information. Job Responsibilities: Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members Complete a medication and medical history review at each visit Perform a physical evaluation in the plan member's home Document findings on a pre-populated, patient-specific form provided for each evaluation Average of 6-9 in-home evaluations per day Assessment-only scope - no prescribing, no lab ordering, and no changes to the member's current treatment regimen Provide coverage across the following North Dakota counties: Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Richland, Sargent Qualifications: Board certification required Active North Dakota medical license required; license must be in hand DEA not required for this role Working Hours: Flexible scheduling; provider selects working days Monday through Sunday Day shifts, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. No nights or weekends required No call required For more information and to apply, please apply via the DocCafe link, or schedule time to speak with me via the calendar link below.
