Prep Associate / E-commerce Shipping

We specialize in handcrafted herbal products, wellness items, magical supplies, and e-commerce fulfillment. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Product Preparer & Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This position combines product preparation and order fulfillment responsibilities. Team members will assist with manufacturing and preparing products, packaging customer orders, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to move between departments based on daily business needs. Key Responsibilities Product Preparation • Prepare herbal products, oils, sprays, candles, and other apothecary items according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Label, package, and inspect products for quality and accuracy • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and equipment • Restock supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is running low • Follow all production, sanitation, and safety procedures • Assist with inventory counts and organization as needed Shipping & Order Fulfillment • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment • Read and interpret packing slips, product codes, and shipping instructions • Print and apply shipping labels accurately • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals • Perform quality checks before orders leave the warehouse • Organize incoming inventory and outgoing shipments • Load and unload deliveries as needed • Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure customer satisfaction General Warehouse Responsibilities • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Follow all warehouse policies, safety procedures, and company SOPs • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members • Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions • Assist in other warehouse and production duties as assigned Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred but not required • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills • Basic computer skills for printing labels and checking order information • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods • Willingness to work in both the Prep and Shipping departments based on business needs • Full weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: • Takes pride in producing high-quality work • Enjoys hands-on work and staying busy • Can quickly adapt to changing priorities • Works well independently and with a team • Is dependable, accountable, and eager to learn • Values organization, efficiency, and attention to detail If you're looking for a part-time opportunity with a growing company where every day is different and your work directly contributes to creating exceptional products and experiences for our customers, we'd love to hear from you!
