Plate Forming / Press Brake Operator Pay: $22–$28 per hour Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd StaffRite USA Put your metal forming experience to work. StaffRite USA is hiring Plate Forming / Press Brake Operators with at least 2 years of experience operating press brakes and/or plate rolls. If you take pride in accurate bends, consistent quality and safe equipment operation, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do • Set up and operate press brakes and/or plate rolls to bend and form metal plate. • Read blueprints, drawings and job specifications. • Select and set up tooling according to job requirements. • Check material alignment and adjust equipment settings to achieve specified dimensions. • Inspect formed parts for accuracy, bend angles and quality. • Follow safety procedures and report equipment or tooling issues. • Maintain a clean, organized work area. What You’ll Bring • At least 2 years of experience operating press brakes and/or plate rolls. • Ability to read blueprints and follow forming specifications. • Experience using measuring tools to check dimensions and angles. • Understanding of tooling setup, material positioning and safe machine operation. • Attention to detail, reliable attendance and consistent workmanship.
