KDS Logistics LLC is hiring pickup truck and hotshot drivers across Louisiana. Louisiana freight is driven by the Port of New Orleans, petrochemical corridor between Baton Rouge and the Gulf, and I-10 east-west traffic. Pickup and hotshot lanes are consistent year-round. Our dispatch desk focuses on the New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport freight hubs and the I-10, I-12, I-20, I-49 corridors so drivers stay loaded statewide. You earn a percentage of gross revenue, not a per-mile rate. Active drivers average $9,000 weekly gross, and qualified drivers can reach a $7,000 weekly minimum. Pickup positions need no CDL; a regular driver license works. We provide a new, equipped pickup truck, or you run your own as an owner-operator. Onboarding is fast: most drivers go from application to loads within a few days.
