Picker /Packer – Warehouse

Provo, UT 84604 | $15.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Exact Staff is hiring Picker / Packers for one of our clients in Provo, Utah. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to work and comfortable in a warehouse environment. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. What You’ll Be Doing • Pick products accurately based on customer orders • Pack and prepare orders for shipment • Verify items, quantities, and order accuracy • Label, organize, and stage completed orders • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow established warehouse and safety procedures • Work with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals • Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications • Previous picking, packing, fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift • Ability to lift and move packages as required by the position Pay, Schedule & Location Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Location: Provo, UT 84604 Why Work With Exact Staff? • Weekly pay • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefit options available • Employee assistance resources • Opportunity to gain warehouse and logistics experience • Support from the Exact Staff team throughout your assignment Hiring Requirements • Valid identification demonstrating authorization to work in the United States • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
