The facility features advanced compounding laboratories, a phlebotomy room, and a drive-thru pharmacy, and is expected to support up to 250,000 prescription shipments per month.

Position Overview
The Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in the day-to-day fulfillment, packaging, and logistics operation of a high-volume pharmacy environment.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in pharmacy operations, medication fulfillment, specialty pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, healthcare logistics, or pharmaceutical distribution. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities
Prescription Fulfillment & Order Processing
• Support daily fulfillment of prescription medications in a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Pick, prepare, package, label, and process prescription orders for shipment.
• Verify medication details, quantities, labels, patient information, and shipping accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies before orders leave the facility.
• Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process to ensure timely completion.
Inventory & Logistics
• Assist with inventory organization and medication management.
• Support shipping and logistics operations, including carrier preparation and shipment coordination.
• Handle temperature-sensitive and specialty medications according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Team Collaboration
• Partner with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and fulfillment team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adapt to evolving processes as the operation continues to expand.
• Contribute ideas that improve fulfillment accuracy, throughput, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
• Consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Lift up to 20 pounds when necessary.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, logistics, or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
