Job Summary We are actively seeking highly energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be trained to maintain visually appealing departments, assist customers in locating sizes, and manage the fitting room flow. Comprehensive Responsibilities • Floor Merchandising: Execute continuous visual recovery, sizing apparel racks, organizing the shoe department, and ensuring all merchandise is correctly priced. • Customer Engagement: Proactively approach browsing shoppers to offer assistance, provide fashion recommendations, and help them navigate the treasure hunt. • Fitting Room Operations: Manage the fitting room area, sorting returned garments quickly and returning them to the sales floor to maximize selling opportunities. • Markdowns & Tagging: Assist the operations team with executing price markdowns and applying electronic article surveillance (EAS) tags to high-value items.
