Customer Service Representative The Part-time Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing all front-end operations, cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and product delivery in a high-volume wine and spirits retail store. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. ALL applicants must be 21+ years of age with a reliable vehicle, insurance and valid registration. Responsibilities Cashiering • Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently • Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner • Maintain cash drawer accountability and balance drawers at the end of each shift • Check the ID of customers for verification prior to purchase. Stock Clerk/Delivery Driver • Must be flexible with schedule to work mid-shift, nights and weekends. • Hired applicant will do some physical labor, cleaning, and customer service as well as deliveries. • Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance. Will not hire unless they can provide proof of insurance. • Hourly wage PLUS TIPS. Customer Service • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience • Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and inquiries • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a wine and spirits store • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills • Ability to lift and move heavy cases of merchandise (up to 50 lbs) • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software • Availability to work flexible schedules, including some holidays and weekends Additional Requirements • Passion for the wine and spirits industry • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Attention to detail and organizational skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Application Question(s): • This role requires candidates to be at least 21 years old.
