Paneling Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paneling Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties • Review work orders to verify the correct material type, dimensions, and quantity. • Cut laminate or prepreg panels to customer specifications. • Punch prepreg panels according to customer specifications. • Maintain accurate material counts throughout production. • Record completed cuts accurately on each work order. • Ensure the proper labels and stamps are applied to each item. • Assist with packaging operations, including bagging prepreg panels. • Band and strap pallets securely for shipment. • Maintain a clean and orderly work area. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
