Packaging Technician

About the Role The Packaging Technician is responsible for the labeling and packaging of reference standard solutions and neat material aliquots, to support our client's catalog and custom-specific products. Responsibilities • Execute and complete labeling, relabeling, and packaging projects as designed and documented to produce finished products and meet production goals. • Initiate forms or batch records as needed for labeling and packaging projects. • Review all batch records and forms to ensure completeness and correctness of all labeling and packaging information prior to execution. • Complete budgets and ensure on-time project completion. • Communicate any delays and ensure that the work is performed per the requirements of the customer. • Comply with our client's Quality and Safety policies and good housekeeping practices. Qualifications • HS diploma minimum, preferred Associates degree. • Life Science industry experience. Required Skills • Ability to work from 8am-5pm M-F. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and packaging. Preferred Skills • Experience with packaging processes in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. • Familiarity with quality control standards.
