Job Duties • Pick and gather products using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking technology • Accurately fulfill customer orders and verify item numbers and quantities • Pack, wrap, and label products for safe shipment • Stage completed orders for shipping and transportation • Process inventory transactions using warehouse systems, ERP software, SAP, or handheld scanners • Load and unload materials as needed • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when authorized • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment • Follow company procedures and complete additional duties as assigned Education Requirements • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements • Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred • Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems is a plus • Basic computer skills required • Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy Preferred Qualifications • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. • Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. • Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Order Picker. Physical Capabilities • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. • Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. • Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
