Job Summary Performs manufacturing processes that ensure the correct and efficient building and testing of quoted goods and products. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Alloy Conversion of IC and Passive Components via manual Retinning, Degolding, Reballing methods • Microscopy Visual Inspection • Operation of X-Ray & XRF Equipment • Perforn Solderability Tests using BGA Simulation / MUST 3 Solderability Testing equipment • Perform Ionic contamination testing • Rotates regularly between the above duties and responsibilities. • Actively participates in team activities/projects, communicates effectively to team, attends team meetings and displays a high level of teamwork. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software. • Ability to write simple correspondence.
