Role Description The Operations and Inside Sales Support role is a part-time, on-site position based in McKinney, TX. This role assists with daily operations including order entry, scheduling, vendor coordination, and ensuring event logistics are accurately documented and communicated. The individual supports the inside sales team by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, updating CRM records, and following up with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining organized documentation, tracking event timelines, collaborating with production and event staff, and helping ensure smooth execution of each event. The role also involves clear communication with clients and internal teams, basic reporting on sales and operations activities, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented work environment.
