Layout, construct and repair a variety of substrates such as framing for vertical and soffit, ACT, partition assembly, stud framing insulated and non insulated metal panels, field measurements. Maintain control of field Equipment.Coordinate scheduling of field work with project manager and office staff. Schedule daily work of field personnel, including assigning the tasks to be performed for that day and by each worker dependent on project progression. Produce and update monthly and three week look ahead schedule. Conducting owner meetings, generating and closing out change orders and RFI’s. Requirements: Highschool Diploma and 6 months experience is required. On the job training will be provided. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Workers are needed to begin work on April 1, 2023, through November 30, 2023. Place of Employment: Work will be performed at 1270 W. Beaver St. Jacksonville, FL, 33204 . Duval County. Workers will be paid no less than $20.06/hour.
