No Experience West-Coast CDL-A Hiring No Experience CDL-A Drivers Western Regional Fleet Hiring Route: Albuquerque, NM What We Offer: • Paid Training for Recent Grads • $700/week during training for eligible new drivers • Solo Starts: Average $1,370–$1,450 per week • Starting pay from $0.50 CPM for qualified drivers • Up to 3 CPM Drive to Thrive performance bonus • Short-haul minimum pay: $100–$200, depending on miles Additional Pay: • Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours • Layover Pay: $100/day • Salary - Paid Weekly • Paid orientation • Late-model Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworths Home Time & Freight: • Get Home: 12 days out, 2 days off • 100% No-Touch Freight • Mix of drop & hook and live unload • Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week • Run Up to 12-20 Western States • Regional routes throughout the Western states Requirements: • Valid CDL-A • Must be 21 years or older • Recent CDL graduates welcome • No Experience Required • Must meet DOT requirements Freight & Route Type: • Running areas within 250 miles of your home • Dedicated Lanes only covering hub cities • Totally No Touch Freight - Drop & Hooks • Freightliners & Internationals - All automatics Responsibilities: • Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week as a solo driver • Safely drive and inspect CDL‑A trucks • Keep accurate logs and follow policies • Coordinate with dispatch for on‑time deliveries Apply now – Expect a response within 12 hours!
