Material Handler - SC

Summary Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Moves material to and from various locations using various equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or Forklifts. • Pack labels and palletize materials as necessary. • Loads and unloads materials from common carriers, verifies shipping / receiving information. • Records inventories as required. • May dispense contract work to individual work sites. • Performs other activities as requested.
