Requirements • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift • Ability to regularly lift or maneuver items weighing up to 40–50 pounds • Experience operating sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or order pickers preferred • Active forklift certification is a strong advantage • Familiarity with barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems preferred • Comfort using digital tablets, RF scanners, and basic data-entry systems • Ability to follow OSHA guidelines and all workplace safety procedures • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Job Duties • Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently • Stage, palletize, or crate finished goods for outbound transportation • Operate powered industrial trucks, including sit-down forklifts • Use electric pallet jacks and order pickers to move products • Scan, catalog, label, and locate inventory • Enter and update product information in the Warehouse Management System • Verify product quantities and storage locations • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free dock area • Wear all required personal protective equipment • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures • Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and equipment concerns Benefits • Competitive Weekly Pay • Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind. • Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future. • Safety-Focused Work Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.
