Manufacturing Worker

Role and Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Worker, you will be responsible for supporting plant operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability. Your responsibilities include: • Perform assigned manufacturing duties safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain plant productivity. • Support the areas of Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) to ensure continuous improvement of operations. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines. • Operate machinery and equipment in compliance with established work instructions and safety standards. • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer expectations. • Identify and report safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to perform tasks accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and move materials as required. Preferred Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. • Knowledge of safety standards and food production processes. • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
