Manufacturing Production Associate - Trimmer Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA Pay Rate: $20.50/hr. Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 5:00am-2:30pm Friday: 5:00am-1:30pm (Every Other Friday Off) We are seeking a detail-oriented Trimmer to join a technology manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience using small hand tools or precision scissors, possess strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain trimming equipment to prepare materials or products to specified sizes and shapes. • Inspect materials for quality and ensure they meet production standards before and after trimming. • Accurately measure and cut materials according to project specifications or production guidelines. • Remove excess material, ensuring a clean and precise finish on all products. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition. • Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly. • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during operation and handling of tools and materials. Qualifications & Requirements: • Familiarity with trimming tools, equipment, and techniques commonly used in the industry. • Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or specifications. • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure precision in work. • Basic math skills for accurate measurement and cutting. • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks and operate machinery. • Willingness to follow safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors. #ARROW PandoLogic.
