Manufacturing Engineering Internship - Assembly

Manufacturing Engineer Intern position supporting process development and testing for cardiopulmonary medical devices. The role involves collaborating with engineering and production teams on projects including plastic assembly processes, leak testing, heat sealing, and process automation within a defined internship period. Collaborate with process engineering staff and production teams on multiple concurrent projects Develop and test manufacturing processes for plastic assemblies, leak testing, and heat sealing Perform statistical analysis of process data and assist with tooling/fixturing design concepts Document activities and contribute to standardization of procedures and best practices Completed second-year studies in Mechanical, Biomechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering Proficiency with statistical data analysis
