Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines. • Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to brand standards. • Package and prepare finished goods for shipment, verifying accuracy and specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly following all sanitation and hygiene standards, including those for food-grade environments. • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and promptly escalate complex problems to supervisors or maintenance staff. • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. • Accurately record production data, complete necessary documentation, and maintain logs as required. Required Skills • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. • Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. • Basic mathematical and reading comprehension skills to follow instructions and record data. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues. • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. • Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow established procedures. Preferred Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED. • Previous experience (6+ months) in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment, particularly in food/beverage production. • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, or other food safety standards. • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification is a significant plus). • Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills to address minor operational issues.
