Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
* Assist in a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize future issues.
* Assist with unit turns, ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as in maintenance, preferably in a multi-family housing setting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
