As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a vital role in ensuring our production machines operate at peak efficiency. Your Key Responsibilities Include: • Conduct regular inspections and perform repairs on production equipment. • Utilize the work order system (EAM) to document repairs and preventive maintenance. • Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of new equipment using specialized tools. • Perform daily housekeeping in work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment. • Communicate efficiently with supervisors regarding maintenance status and provide end-of-shift reports. • Apply basic machinist skills using a vertical mill and a lathe. • Interpret blueprints and part drawings to effectively carry out maintenance tasks. • Possess a basic understanding of welding and fabrication techniques. Requirements: • High School diploma/GED is required. • Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training. • Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses. • Proficient in using Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • An Associate's degree in a related technical field is strongly preferred.
