Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse, transportation, drayage, and last-mile delivery operations throughout the Los Angeles area. Responsibilities • Manage daily warehouse, trucking, container, cross-border, and last-mile operations. • Develop transportation schedules and routes while controlling logistics costs. • Manage trucking companies, warehouse providers, customs brokers, and other third-party vendors. • Track shipments and resolve delays, damage, customs holds, and other delivery issues. • Develop and maintain logistics SOPs, inventory procedures, and inbound/outbound standards. • Coordinate with internal teams, international customers, and logistics partners. • Manage logistics budgets, reporting, cost analysis, and efficiency initiatives. Requirements • U.S. logistics management experience; Los Angeles port/drayage experience preferred. • Fluent in English and Chinese for business communication. • Experience with warehouse operations, trucking, and third-party logistics providers. • Knowledge of U.S. customs/import processes preferred. • Proficiency with Excel and WMS/TMS systems. • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced logistics environments. • Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to work full-time in Los Angeles.
