Your focus will be on optimizing routes, handling orders precisely, and offering exceptional customer service. • Deliver products to assigned retail outlets following established routes. • Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring product quality. • Validate order details and maintain accurate delivery records. • Plan and manage daily routes to meet delivery schedules and service standards. • Foster strong relationships with customers and store teams. • Process payments and invoices during deliveries when necessary. • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements. • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies during transport and delivery. • Monitor inventory and promptly report discrepancies or damaged products. • Adapt to route changes, schedule adjustments, and evolving customer needs. Required Skills and Experience: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history. • Demonstrated experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics roles. • Proficiency in operating delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. • Strong time management and route planning abilities. • Basic math skills for handling invoices and payments. • Capability to lift and transport heavy items as needed. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Experience using handheld devices or delivery tracking systems. • High attention to detail for accurate order verification.
