We’re looking for Line Cooks who take pride in their work, respect their teammates, and know that when the tickets start rolling in, communication and teamwork matter just as much as knife skills. What You’ll Do * Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Set up and maintain an organized workstation * Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures * Complete prep work and maintain appropriate station levels * Communicate with culinary leadership and fellow cooks during service * Assist other stations when needed * Maintain clean equipment and work areas * Follow portion, presentation, and quality standards * Help the kitchen deliver consistent food—even when the board is full What We’re Looking For Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred. We need people who are dependable, organized, able to work with urgency, and willing to communicate. No kitchen is a one-person show. Come ready to cook, learn, hustle, and be part of the team.
