Inventory Handler

Job Summary Costco is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious team member to join our warehouse team. The main responsibilities include operating a forklift to efficiently move, stack, and organize merchandise. Ensuring the safe handling of products, supporting inventory management, and contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: • Safely drive a forklift to transport materials inside the warehouse following all necessary safety guidelines. • Handle merchandise correctly during the loading and unloading process of trucks. • Perform scheduled maintenance checks and routine inspections for forklifts. • Support in overseeing inventory, conducting periodic cycle counts, and maintaining orderly stock arrangements. • Comply with warehouse safety regulations and operational procedures as required. • Collaborate closely with warehouse associates to fulfill productivity requirements. Qualifications: • Need for a high school diploma or an alternative equivalent. • Valid certification. • Confirmed history of forklift operation within warehouse or distribution scenarios. • Capacity to lift and maneuver hefty items safely. • Meticulous regard for particulars, unwavering emphasis on safety, and exceptional organizational aptitude.
