Inventory Clerk - Now Hiring

Are you highly analytical and excel at inventory accuracy? Become an inventory clerk with a highly flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in high-volume distribution centers, allowing you to use your data skills to ensure precise stock integrity when it fits your life. Your responsibilities: - Perform accurate, scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory checks of designated stock locations to verify system quantities. - Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found during cycle counts or audit procedures, documenting root causes and adjustments. - Accurately input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into the warehouse management system (wms) or inventory software. - Audit and verify product locations, ensuring all inventory is stored correctly and following fifo (first-in, first-out) or client-specific procedures. - Communicate discrepancies and location issues to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams. location: Goodyear, AZ work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM dress code: Casual: Jeans, khaki, pants, clean, no holes or tears in clothing. No midriff or deep V tops, shorts, sweatpants, leggings, or gym/sleep attire. No profanity or offense print, all employees are required to wear steel toed or composite toe shoes. High visibility safety vest, safety glasses (client provided).
