Receive incoming items, compare quantities with the approved paperwork, and flag shortages or damage. 2. Label and place stock in the correct location so the next person can find it without guesswork. 3. Update inventory records and basic spreadsheets promptly after movement or count activity. 4. Prepare stock for internal requests or outgoing orders and keep staging areas clear and traceable. The habits matter more than the title on your last job We value punctuality, safe working habits, basic number confidence, and the ability to follow a process without losing attention halfway through it. You should be comfortable using a computer for data entry and willing to learn the inventory system. If you have used Excel, scanners, POS systems, or warehouse software before, that is helpful rather than essential. Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, on site in Brownsville.
