Head of Manufacturing Excellence

A leading manufacturer in the electronics industry is seeking a Head of Manufacturing Excellence in the Toledo, Ohio area. Candidates Must Have: • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required for this role – master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred. • 10 or more years of operational/manufacturing excellence experience in a high-volume global manufacturing environment. • 7 or more years of formal manufacturing excellence leadership experience to global teams. • Demonstrated Manufacturing Operating System, Manufacturing Execution System, Lean System, or equivalent enterprise operating-model leadership. • Proven ability to lead learning and continuous improvement efforts through quantifiable and results-driven approaches.
