GRILL COOK
IF YOU KNOW YOUR TEMPERATURES, KEEP READING
Rare. Medium rare. Medium. Medium well. Well done.
If reading that immediately made you picture five steaks on your grill—and you already know which one needs to come off first—we should probably talk.
We’re looking for an experienced Grill Cook who can handle a high-volume station while maintaining consistency, quality, timing, and presentation.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare proteins to requested temperatures and established specifications
* Operate and maintain the grill station safely and efficiently
* Coordinate timing with other stations to ensure complete tables are ready together
* Maintain proper product rotation, storage, labeling, and temperature controls
* Complete station prep before service
* Monitor portions, quality, and presentation
* Maintain a clean, organized workstation
* Communicate clearly with the culinary team throughout service
* Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements
What We’re Looking For
Previous grill experience in a professional kitchen is strongly preferred. You should understand meat temperatures, proper handling techniques, timing, organization, and the importance of consistency.
