About the Role ACG is hiring a General Laborer to support field operations and maintenance activities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. You will assist mechanics, perform landscaping tasks, and maintain vehicles, tools, and work areas to ensure efficient and safe daily operations. What You Will Do • Assist mechanics with tools, materials, and basic repair support • Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal • Clean, wash, and maintain company vehicles • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, yards, and job sites • Support loading and unloading of materials and equipment • Transport tools, materials, and equipment as needed • Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper PPE use • Report safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance needs Experience • Entry-level position • Previous experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or maintenance is preferred but not required Skills • Basic knowledge of tools and manual labor tasks • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently • Team-oriented mindset • Basic communication skills (Spanish preferred; English required) Disqualifiers • Unable to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods) • Unwilling to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Lack of reliability or attendance issues • Refusal to follow safety procedures or wear PPE • Poor attitude toward teamwork or supervision HIRING COMPANY DESCRIPTION ACG is a fast growing, family minded small business built on ownership, discipline, and results.
