The position involves physical, hands-on work, material handling, and consistent use of measuring tools to maintain accuracy in assembly. Essential Skills • Demonstrated experience using hand tools, including hammers and saws. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure or ruler. • Comfort performing general labor and manual labor tasks in a production or construction-related environment. • Basic familiarity with construction, carpentry, or framing concepts sufficient to follow truss assembly instructions. • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team in a fast-paced setting. • Willingness and ability to work second shift hours and overtime as needed, including Saturdays. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or similar trades. • Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Experience in building, assembly, or general production work. • Exposure to using power tools in a safe and controlled manner. • Experience with tasks such as loading, picking, packaging, and general production support. • Comfort working in a lumber yard or similar industrial environment.
