Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance available 401K available after reaching hours worked requirement Direct Deposit Programs General Labor - Production Department: Unit 1500, Unit 1700, or Preprocess Reports To: Production Supervisor 1st Shift- Pay: $17/hr Hours: 7am-3:10pm 2nd shift- Pay: $19.50/hr Hours: 3pm-11:10pm 3rd shift- Pay: $20/hr Hours: 11pm-7:10am DRUG SCREEN & BACKROUND REQUIRED Job SummaryAssist with the safe and efficient production of quality products. Responsibilities include loading lines, repacking, visual inspection, and sorting parts. Responsibilities• Follow all safety and company policies. • Operate pallet jacks safely. • Supply materials to hoppers, conveyors, and machines. • Load and unload parts from machines. • Inspect, sort, and properly pack finished parts. • Disassemble defective parts as needed. • Perform other assigned production duties. Requirements• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English well enough to complete safety training. • Basic math skills. • Ability to follow instructions and stay focused. • Ability to safely lift and move materials using proper techniques. • Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use hands regularly. • Lift up to 10 lbs. regularly, 25 lbs. frequently, and 50 lbs. occasionally. • Must have sufficient vision to inspect parts closely. Work Environment• Fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Exposure to machinery, noise, vibration, and chemicals. • Safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and bump caps are required. • Minimum 40-hour workweek; overtime may be required.
