This is your opportunity to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers while building strong relationships and ensuring that our shelves are stocked with world-famous snacks including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. • Act as a representative of Mondelz, collaborating with in-store employees and sales representatives to maximize product visibility and create engaging promotional displays. • Conduct regular in-store visits following Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps, ensuring that product displays are effectively captured. • Utilize an iPad to order products for shelves and displays, maintaining optimal stock levels. • Ensure all leading Nabisco brands are well-represented and meet Mondelz' guidelines for stocking and display. • Communicate effectively with the Mondelz management team about any issues regarding sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers. • Follow a structured daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service. • Enhance display quality for seasonal sales and new product launches. • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing Mondelz in stores. Who is a good fit? • You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license from your state. • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. • You should be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. • The role requires access to a personal vehicle to visit various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed). • You should be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly, with the occasional ability to push and pull over 50 lbs. • Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus. • You should live within a reasonable distance from the primary location: Moorhead, MN. • Availability required: Tuesday-Saturday, with a start time between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM. Salary and Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.50 based on experience.
