Forklift Operator- Boise

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a Forklift Operator/Material Handler in Boise, Idaho. Our client, a local manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Material Handler to support material flow throughout a busy production facility. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with a four-day workweek and an outstanding benefits package upon hire. Pay and schedule: $21/hour to start. Swing shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m. Occasional Friday overtime as needed. Temp-to-hire with excellent benefits! What you’ll do: • Load, unload, move, and deliver materials throughout the facility using a forklift • Receive incoming materials and deliveries • Fill and deliver material orders for multiple departments • Load materials into vehicles and secure loads using strapping, bracing, or padding • Help maintain a steady and organized flow of materials throughout production • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Safely use hand tools and material-handling equipment • Assist with other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned What you’ll need: • At least one year of forklift experience loading and unloading materials • Recent warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred • Skilled and safe forklift operation; a forklift driving test will be administered • Forklift certification preferred, but not required • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Ability to safely lift and handle up to 75 lbs. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills Pay: From $21.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
