Food Production Associate

Production Associate Gresham, Oregon | On-Site | Full-Time | Day Shift, 5:00 am start Eclaire Health is a fast-growing snack and chocolate manufacturer in Gresham, Oregon. We're hiring a reliable, hardworking Production Associate to join our team on the production floor. No extensive experience required — we'll train the right person. If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in doing things the right way, there's a real path to grow here. What You'll Do • Support production line operations and monitor equipment output • Perform packaging and labeling to meet quality standards • Follow GMPs, SOPs, and sanitation protocols at all times • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between runs and end of shift • Complete daily production paperwork • Assist with general labor tasks — no two days look exactly the same What We're Looking For • Reliable — showing up on time and ready to work is the most important thing • Comfortable on your feet for a full shift in a fast-paced environment • Able to follow written instructions and procedures carefully • Some food manufacturing or production experience preferred — we will train the right candidate • GMP, food safety, or sanitation experience is a plus • Forklift experience is a plus but not required • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus — but not required • Must pass a pre-employment background check Schedule • Day shift, starts at 5:00 am • Some weekend shifts required • Overtime available Benefits • Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance • Simple IRA with company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Monthly fitness and wellness reimbursement Work Environment On-site only in Gresham, Oregon. Production floor environment — loud noise, sanitation chemicals, allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
