Fleet Maintenance Assistant $20/hour

Description Budget is looking for an experienced, hands-on individual to help maintain and manage our rental fleet. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a shop environment while taking on responsibilities similar to an assistant manager. Responsibilities include “in-fleeting” new vehicles, “out-fleeting” vehicles as they are sold, performing oil changes, tire repairs and replacements, ordering supplies and parts, and completing other light mechanical duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, handy, and a team player who can help keep the fleet organized and running smoothly. Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, approximately 40 hours per week. Requirements • Good Driving Record • Able to lift 70lbs. • 21 Years of Age or Older • Possess a valid driver’s license • Ability to work outside in the elements as required • Experience doing Tire Repairs on a Tire Machine, and Oil Changes
