Immediate Openings Available Hiring 3-4 Drivers Immediately Terminal Location: 5005 Samuell Blvd Mesquite, TX 75149 Pay & Benefits • Earn $170 per day • Paid training at $100 per day • Weekly pay • Performance-based pay review after 30-60 days • Company-provided delivery vehicle • Company uniforms provided • Consistent full-time work • Opportunities for advancement • Supportive management team ScheduleFull-Time Positions Available • 5 day work week - Multiple schedule options available • Optional 6 day work week - Multiple schedule options available Start Time: 8:00 AM - Delivery Completion OR 12:00 PM - Delivery Completion Routes are completed daily and operations run seven days per week. What You'll Do • Arrive at the FedEx terminal on time each day • Load and organize packages for delivery • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle • Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers • Use GPS and delivery technology to complete routes efficiently • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Accurately scan and track packages • Maintain a strong safety record • Complete approximately 170 stops per day Requirements • Must be at least 21 years old • Valid driver's license • Clean driving record • Able to pass a background check • Able to pass a drug screening • Able to pass a DOT physical (paid for by employer) • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 150 lbs • Comfortable working in all weather conditions • Reliable transportation to and from the terminal Preferred Experience The following experience is helpful but not required: • FedEx Delivery Driver • Amazon Delivery Driver • UPS Driver • DHL Driver • Courier Driver • Route Driver • Package Delivery Driver • Non-CDL Driver • Cargo Van Driver • Step Van Driver • Box Truck Driver • Delivery Associate Paid training is provided for qualified candidates.
