Federal Business Development Representative — NASA SEWP Kickoff

The Role Elantis needs a Louisville-based federal BD professional to represent us on-site at the NASA SEWP kickoff, Nov 2–4. Three full days, one job: work the room, represent the company well, and come out with signed partnerships with primes doing $10M+ in federal revenue. What You'll Do • Attend all 3 days on-site, representing Elantis professionally • Network with prime contractors and government attendees • Identify and engage primes with $10M+ in annual federal revenue • Pitch Elantis's capabilities and negotiate teaming/partnership agreements • Land signed partnerships — target at least 3, cap is 5 • Support getting at least 1 RFP submitted under each signed partnership Who We Need • Based in or around Louisville — local talent only • Real federal contracting experience — understands GWACs, teaming agreements, prime/sub dynamics • Real BD experience — comfortable cold-approaching, pitching, and closing in person • Familiarity with SEWP, GSA MAS, or similar vehicles is a strong plus • Available all 3 full days, Nov 2–4 Pay Milestone Amount Paid When Attendance $1,000 After all 3 full days completed Each signed partnership $2,000 (up to 5) After partnership is signed AND at least 1 RFP is submitted under it Total potential: up to $11,000 for this initial engagement. Good to Know • 1099 contract engagement, not employment • Scope may extend past these 3 days depending on how partnerships develop — separate conversation if so • Travel/lodging not covered — must already be local
