Factory Worker / Production Associate

Western Illuminated Plastics, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hard-working Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. We manufacture custom plastic lighting products and are seeking someone who enjoys working with their hands in a fast-paced production environment. Location: 14451 Edwards Street Westminster, CA 92683 Pay: • Starting at California minimum wage • Performance review with the opportunity for a raise after 60 days Responsibilities • Assemble plastic products and components • Package finished products for shipment • Operate basic hand tools and production equipment • Inspect products for quality • Keep work area clean and organized • Assist with other general factory duties as needed Qualifications • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required • Reliable and punctual • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. • Able to stand for extended periods • Legally authorized to work in the United States What We Offer • Full-time, steady work • On-the-job training • Opportunity for advancement • Friendly, family-owned work environment • Performance-based raise after 60 days How to Apply Apply in person Monday through Friday during business hours.
