We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Express Service Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
As an Express Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs on Kia vehicles with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and other routine maintenance services
* Inspect and top off fluid levels, replace air filters, and perform multi-point inspections
* Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
* Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines
* Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and returned in excellent condition
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Automotive technician training or previous service experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools
* Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
* Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience at a dealership or quick lube center
* Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus
* Familiarity with Kia vehicles or OEM systems
