Escrow Assistant & Post Closing

We’re growing our Allegiance Title team and hiring for two important roles: Post Closing Specialist + Escrow Assistant. POST CLOSING SPECIALIST This is a behind-the-scenes role for someone who genuinely loves administrative work and gets satisfaction from keeping things organized, accurate and moving. You’ll spend your day scanning and shipping documents, recording legal documents, communicating by email and managing a high daily volume of detail-driven work. The right person has a strong sense of urgency, notices the little things and is a visual/process thinker who naturally sees opportunities to make workflows better. ESCROW ASSISTANT This is a customer-facing role for someone who is outgoing, organized and loves being the person who helps everything come together. You’ll support the customer experience, manage calendars and shared inboxes, respond to customers, order entry, help solve problems and collaborate closely with the escrow team. You’ll also help create the experience inside our office, from keeping things welcoming and organized to managing inventory and celebrating customer and team milestones, birthdays and special moments.
