Equipment Operator

Equipment Operator Salary: $42,000–$51,000 per year (based on experience) Established construction company with over 40 years in business is seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently. • Assist with site development, grading, underground utility installation, and general construction activities. • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. • Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently. • Maintain a safe and professional job site. Qualifications: • Experience operating construction equipment preferred. • Experience with site work or underground utility construction is a plus. • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
