We're hiring Associate Technicians to join a leading medical device manufacturer supporting the repair, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced respiratory devices. What You'll Do
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, testing, and repairs on medical devices
• Diagnose equipment failures using service manuals and diagnostic tools
• Document repair findings, customer issues, and resolutions accurately
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and quality standards
• Support engineering, technical, and customer service teams
• Perform product maintenance, testing, and post-design support activities
• Maintain clean workstations following 5S standards
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service
What We're Looking For
• 1-2 years of technical education, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience repairing, troubleshooting, or servicing electronic or mechanical equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical manuals and work instructions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Experience
• Medical device repair
• Electronics repair
• Manufacturing or production environments
• Technical assembly
• Quality inspection
• ISO/FDA regulated environments
• ESD safety practices
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as:
• Digital voltage meters
• Flow meters
• Manometers
• Oscilloscopes
