What You’ll Do • Assemble electrical components and complete systems per schematics and specifications. • Run in-process inspections and quality checks against industry standards. • Use hand and power tools effectively to meet production targets. • Troubleshoot build issues collaboratively and resolve root causes. • Maintain a tidy, hazard-free work area for optimal safety and flow. • Document procedures, highlight discrepancies, and report defects. • Engage in ongoing training to stay current on tools, methods, and technologies. What You Bring • High school diploma or equivalent; electronics certification preferred. • Prior experience in electrical assembly or a comparable field is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the discipline to follow precise instructions. • Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices. • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed. • Good communicator with a positive, proactive attitude. • Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
